  • How do I place an order at Zaino?

    If you want to place an order at Zaino, you have to go to the product page of the product you wish to buy. Fill in the number of items you need and click "Add product". If you want to pay your order straight away choose "Checkout", if you wish to continue shopping, click "Continue shopping".

    To finish your order, go to your suitcase and click "Finish order". Run to the different steps. You will get an order confirmation by email.

  • How to change the content of your suitcase.

    As long as you haven't finished your order, you can change the content of your suitcase. If you click the suitcase in the upper right corner, you will see what you are about to order. You can still remove products from your suitcase by clicking the cross on the right.

    You can also change the number of products.

    If you want to add another product to your suitcase, you should click "Continue shopping".

  • Where can I follow the status of my order?

    If you log in to your account, you can see the status of your order.

    When your order's status changes, we will also send you an email. You will be informed when we receive your payment and when your order is shipped.

    When you have placed an order and you want to cancel it, please contact Zaino.

  • How to add a review.

    You can write a review about a product by clicking "What do you think of this product?" on the relevant product page. You will get a pop-up screen where you can give the product a number of stars and your comments. After we have approved your comments, they will appear on our website.

  • What if the product I want to buy isn't on stock?

    If the product you want to buy is not on stock at that time, you cannot put it into your suitcase. On the product page, you will see message which tells you the article is currently out of stock. If you click on this message and fill in your emailaddress, you will receive an email from us as soon as the article is back on stock.

  • How to return my order?

    If you would like to cancel your order after receiving it, you can. You should inform us about this in advance, though. After receiving your parcel, you have 14 calender days to inform us you want to return the order.

    We will only accept returns that are in their original and undamaged wrapping, together with all accessories, user manuals and an invoice or proof of purchase.

    Will not be accepted under no circumstances:
    - used, fouled, damaged or uncomplete items
    - items of which the wrapping (or a part of it) has been opened
    - items that are custom made
    - items that cannot be returned by their nature.

    The costs for a return are for the customer.

    Please note: damages or shortcomings at delivery have to be reported immediately, otherwise all rights expire.

  • I have just received my order, and now there's a discount on this product. Can I get a refund?

    Unfortunately the answer to this question is "no". The price that is displayed on our website at the moment you make your purchase, is the price you have to pay for this product. If there's a discount on this product shortly afterwards, it is not applicable on your purchase.
