  • How to pay my order.

    There are different ways to pay your order at Zaino. You can opt for the following payment methods:



    • Bancontact: With Bancontact/Mister Cash you can, as a Belgian account holder, pay your purchases online on a trusted, safe and quick way. You finish your payment in your familiar online banking environment, based on specific security methods of your own bank. As an internet banker you can immediately use Bancontact/Mister Cash, without having to log in or to install special software. 
      Paying online with Bancontact/Mister Cash is very simple en fast. Choose Bancontact/Mister Cash in the list of payment options. Next you type in your data and the number and expiration date of your card (usually indicated on the card). In a next step you identify yourself in a secure system of your own bank, just like your online banking. Therefore your purchases are paid in a few seconds.

    • PayPal: You need a PayPal account for this, all information about a PayPal account can be found on their website. If you make a payment with PayPal your personal bank details can never be seen by the seller or merchant. The money will then be directly deposited to our PayPal account. 

    • Bank Transfer: If you choos bank transfer on checkout you will get an order number. The amount due can be transfered onto our bank account with your order number as a reference. You can do this with a regular bank transfer  orm or by online banking. As soon as we have received your payment (this can take a couple of days, depending on your financial institution), your order will be dispatched.

    • iDEAL: Our customers from the Netherlands can use iDEAL to pay their online purchases in a safe and easy way. You pay your order in your own online banking system.

  • My payment was refused. Now what?

    Check the expiry date of your card or contact your bank.

  • Is my online payment secure?

    Your payment is processed by Payment Service Provider ICEPAY. ICEPAY offers merchants the possibility to offer all kinds of payment methods, such as iDEAL and PayPal, in their webshop. This way, you as a consumer can do your online transaction to Zaino in a safe and sound payment environment. ICEPAY is only responsible for the handling of your online payment and does not have any influence on the delivery of your online ordered products and services.

  • Can I get an invoice?

    You will receive an invoice with your order. If you want to make an order as a company, you have to register as a professional client. This way you can have an invoice made on your company name.


    Should you have thrown away the invoice by accident, you can always print it from your account. Click the order number you need the invoice from and in the upper right corner you can download a pdf.
