• Order before 3 p.m. = delivery tomorrow!


Every order placed and paid before 3 p.m., will be delivered the next day by Taxipost. Orders placed and paid on Saturday and Sunday before 3 p.m. = delivery on Tuesday.

For deliveries outside Belgium there's a delivery time of 2 to 5 working days, depending on the destination.

• Collect at Zaino

You can come and collect your order at Zaino. Our address: Koestraat 12, 8970 Poperinge (Belgium).

From now on, there's a small surprise for your child with every order.

• 14 days respite

The customer has the right to inform Zaino to renounce the purchase, without having to pay a fine and without having to state the reasons, within 14 calender days following the delivery of the goods or the making of the deal.
